Fresh Idea From Inflatable Animal Lamps
Salute to the young designers with the freshness of their work. As in the design of multipurpose inflatable lamp by Keret Shira. Appears on 5 different animal shapes, the lampshades is made from tyvek (Tyvek paper is paper that is bound with HDPE; high density polyethylene. Was first made by Du Pont under the trade name Tyvek), and steel for the lamp frame. It is special because this lamp can be use for several purposes.
When pressing the lamp’s switch it also operates a computer’s fan. Once the lamp is lit the lampshade is inflating and takes on its shape, a bit like a hot air balloon. Objects are a cross between a puppet and a lamp, each shade was created with its own section: sculpted dummy and patterns. The tyvek lampshades were laundered for their soft and wrinkled look.
There are five kinds of animals that became the lamps inspiration. Hen, penguin, rhino, rabbit, and elephant. Unique design, makes this lamp as a proper alternative to decorate your home.
