MOOHOI architecture created a beautiful changes to this private residence, Julia’s house were located in gangnam-seoul, Korea. The zeep-soori (house renovation on Korean) happened in full of calculation to it original design.
The concept is to change the house appearance of the house, response to modernization without ruins it culture senses.
A brick perimeter added about 4 meters in front of the house for privacy. A wooden deck added upon passing the masonary wall. An upper level terrace clad with wood slats cantilevers to partially protect the space. It seems like daylight brings into the inside the house, through a large picture window on the top floor.
Overall, zeep-soori hasn’t change the existing classic design of the house but make it better with a touch of modernization.
