4 Important Issues of 2012
Just few more days, and we will say goodbye to this year. Anyway, there’s some several issues are likely to be a trend in 2012. Actually those issues been much discussed and applied in this year. But it is likely to continue in 2012 as more and more people are adapting.
1. Green furniture.
Green Furniture is a term that is used for furnishings that have a significant impact on the ecology of the planet. “Green” Furniture, often symbolized by a tree, are products that use materials from sustainable forests, have low toxic material levels, locally manufactured and are durable enough to last. It should lend itself to easy repair, disassembly, and recycling.

2. Architectural conservation.
Architectural conservation describes the process through which the material, historical, and design integrity of mankind’s built heritage are prolonged through carefully planned interventions. The individual engaged in this pursuit is known as an architectural conservator. Decisions of when and how to engage in an intervention are critical to the ultimate conservation of the immovable object. Ultimately, the decision is value based: a combination of artistic, contextual, and informational values is normally considered. In some cases, a decision to not intervene may be the most appropriate choice.

We will never exist without a history. With that terms, nowadays people get started to realize that a historic architectural conservation may needed to get the histories back, to make all of us realize where we from. What we are without any past. Historic buildings can not speak, that’s right. But they save a million wonderful story about the past.
3. Home office.
Between the affection issues, home office appears as a solution for us. To keep in touch with families without loosing any chances which comes from our job. There’s many advantages offer by home office. You can stay at home, caring out the whole families without loosing your concentration to what you do for living. There will be an understanding created from your family, of what you are from what you do.
4. Community garden.
A community garden is a single piece of land gardened collectively by a group of people

As the reaction of global warming issues, community garden comes up as an option to save the earth. You can’t safe one by one all the trees around the world. But at least you can prevent the damage by planting another one.
